Signed up for this Q a while back as it was on this date, as my Mom reminds me every year, that she gave birth to a peanut. Had I known RG3 would have lead the Iron Pax Challenge the day before at The Thicket, I most certainly may have reconsidered. At a minimum, I ensured that no cinder blocks were anywhere in the AO.

Main Event

Decided to recycle a Q that I used a few months back (and one that I pretty much stole from Grunge).

We’d start with one round of one exercise, then run a half lap around the “kiss and go” lane. Then, we’d repeat the previous round and then stack another exercise. Rinse and repeat, continuing to stack additional exercises as well as rep counts, with running half laps between each round.

It went something like this:

  1. 5 (SC) Burpees

  3. 5 (SC) Burpees; 10 (IC) Merkins; 15 (IC) Dollies
  4. 5 (SC) Burpees; 10 (IC) Merkins; 15 (IC) Dollies; 20 (IC) SSH
  5. 5 (SC) Burpees; 10 (IC) Merkins; 15 (IC) Dollies; 20 (IC) SSH; 25 (SC) Squats
  6. 5 (SC) Burpees; 10 (IC) Merkins; 15 (IC) Dollies; 20 (IC) SSH; 25 (SC) Squats; 30 (SC) Gas Pumps
  7. 5 (SC) Burpees; 10 (IC) Merkins; 15 (IC) Dollies; 20 (IC) SSH; 25 (SC) Squats; 30 (SC) Gas Pumps; 35 (IC) OH Clap

Due to time constraints, we only made it through the SSH. Figured I post the other stuff to show the men what we missed.

And because someone somewhere said so, we tried to do 45 merkins during Name-o-Rama.
