Last time YHC Q’d Devil’s Ridge was Memorial Day. Attendance was pretty low, and we had a FNG leave mid workout. The goal was to not repeat this again. YHC put a request on slack for PAX to wear bright clothing and wear headlamps. It was time YHC finally learned his way around Duke.

The Thang: Campus Tour and Tabata
The structure of the workout is that we would run a route around campus that YHC mapped out the night before. Total mileage varied, but should have been around 2.3 miles. At different points along the route, we would perform a tabata workout. Tabata is a type of HIIT workout. You do 8, 20 second sets of an exercise with 10 seconds rest in between.

- Tabata 2: Bobby Hurley’s @ Duke University Road and Towerview
- Tabata 3: Burpees @ Chapel Drive Traffic Circle
- Tabata 4: Mountain Climbers @ Duke Chapel
YHC had a 5th tabata planned, but unfortunately we ran out of time as we came back to the AO. We did close out the workout with 40 box jumps OYO.
