With Spring Break kicking off for many PAX it was great to see some of the regulars out in the gloom. YHC has missed the last 2 weeks at Kenan, so taking the Q was the motivation needed to ensure attendance. We’ve been giving Kenan Stadium and Hooker Fields quite a workout the past few months so YHC felt it was time to visit some campus favorites.

PAX were divided into two groups “The 1s” and “The 2s”
Mosey to the Student Store Stairs
- The 1s top of the stairs, 7 burpees & return while The 2s do Hand Telease Merkins > Switcheroo
- The 1s top of the stairs, 7 burpees & return while The 2s do Body Weight Squats > Switcheroo
- The 1s top of the stairs, 7 burpees & return while The 2s do LBC > Switcheroo
Mosey to East end of Boulevard of Broken Dreams (aka the Davis Library walkway).
- It was here that Cosmo regaled us with his glory days at the Daily Tarheel, and time well spent on the smoking porch. While the The 1s Bearcrawled the length of the Boulavard, The 2s did mix of Core. The 1s mosey back to the start, and Switcherro, The 2s took their turn bearcrawling.
- On return, all PAX Lunge walked the length of the Boulevard
Moseyed to the front steps of Wilson Library.
- PAX switched off with sets of Derkins and Dips 15-10-5.
Moseyed up the hill to The Old Well.
- PAX shared the warmth with several Rings of Fire of Derkins and Low Plank holds
Moseyed back to the AO for Mary – Flutters, Homer to Marge to Homer, and more Flutters.

Prayers for Cosmo’s wife who just got in to Grad School, and Dogwood’s friends suffering with infertility.
