November 1, 2019

QIC: Cortés
PAX: Nickelback, Pusher, Nubbin, Brick, Halfback, Slice and dice, Milton, Busch League, Buffay

YHC was disappointed with his time management on Wednesday and missed being able to post for the first time after completing my first Go Ruck Tough on Friday night. I was feeling good physically but had not gotten my mind reset to show up in the gloom. Best way I have found to fix that is to sign up for the Q. It also served as motivation to not have extra beers and candy on Halloween. Arrived early to site and ready to lead despite the chilly 40 degree temperature drop from the previous evening.

5:30 move to the parking lot for warm up. And Sharing stories about the tough along the way.

This is a special group with a tight bond in the Northern Province, While I have missed some posts to keep my body and mind right around my personal events (First Tough) there has been nothing but support and continuing to push one another to do better and be better humans for all of our other interactions outside of the gloom of the early morning workouts!.
