Introduction: While YHC was out of town last week the Honey Badger developed some beef with a local crossfit gym.  YHC felt as though it was his duty to continue to represent the Honey Badger in the best way possible by continuing to make our presence known.  According to Biggie, 30 PAX are what you need when you are beefing.  In the true spirit of the honey badger not caring, 6 PAX rolled into the gloom for some awkward hilarity and to continue the beef.

Warmup:

The Thang:
We moseyed to 5 high visibility sites in Durham.  At each site we did a Big Sexy with each excercise (Monkey Humpers/Happy Humpers/Homer2Marge) duration lasting a minute.  The PAX were paired into twos so each excercise was being done – and after a minute we rotated.  We also threw in a few other excercises periodically.

Site 1 – Across from 1 City Center – 10 true americans were thrown in here.  The highlight of the day was 2 folks were walking down the street to get coffee, and one of them said “Those are monkeys, but your form isn’t right, you need to get your elbows outside your knees.” YHC thanked him for the form tip and found that outside the knees definitely gets more burn than inside.

Site 2 – the big sitting area across from Bull McCabes and Beyu cafe. We threw in Some dips here as well.

Site 3 – the Bull in the center of town.  Additional True Americans were assigned

Site 4 – just outside the carolina theatre – Erkins and Derkins were performed here as well.

Site 5 – The Wheel.  It’s time for Beef.

Following our 5th station of Big Sexy, we went down to the sidewalk directly across from Grit Fit and performed a Bear Crawl Inch Worm to the street.  Each PAX had the opportunity to Bear Crawl Twice.

Mosey back to City Hall for Mary.

Mary:
YHC Doesn’t remember everything we did here, i know there was 1 minute of 6 inch leg hold and then we went around the circle allowing the PAX to call their own excercise. Called out were Flutter kicks, Freddie Mercuries, LBC’s, Mahktar N’Diaye, and a 15 count ring of fire with a 6″ leg hold.
