2 PAX left the confines of Briar Chapel at 0420 to meet 5 more PAX at the AO for an EC Ruck. Tater Tot, Toolbox, Justice, Low Tide, Soda Popinski, Rambler, Grunge went a’rucking while Shake It put in some running mileage prior to the ME.

The Briar Chapel Takedown occurred today. BC PAX swarmed the Q sheet a couple of months ago and decided on Wed, 11/14/2018, BC PAX would own every Q slot there was to be had. In addition, as part of the workout, we had to do a burpee variant, partner work, and an animal exercise. YHC and Grunge like a healthy commute, so we grabbed Hurricanrana.

Grunge Q: “The Core x 4”

Abbreviated version of my Q @ The Eagle back in August. 4 Sets of 4 Ab Exercises (16 Total), 25 Reps Each. 10 Burpees OYO recovery between sets.

Set One: Flutter Kicks (IC), LBCs (IC), Leg Lifts (SC), Heels To Heaven (IC) – 25 reps each.

Recovery: 10 Burpees, OYO

Set Two: WWIIs (SC), Box Cutters (IC), Frogs/Knee Ups (SC), Back Scratchers (IC) – 25 reps each.

Recovery: 10 Burpees, OYO

Set Three: Thread The Needle (R)(SC), Thread The Needle (L)(SC), Am Hammers (IC), Freddy Mercury (IC) – 25 reps each.

Recovery: 10 Burpees, OYO

Set Four: Standard Plank w/ Alt Knee To Bows (1-2), Chilcutt Plank w/ Alt Donkey Kick (1-2), Star Crunch (SC), Figure 8s (SC, Per Side) – 25 reps each.

Recovery: 10 Burpees, OYO.
