B.O.M.B.S. in Paradise

Lucky 7 PAX posted in the almost full moon gloom this Spring morning at Paradise. Here”s what we did:
Warm up: Run at fellowship pace to pick up concrete blocks and return. Circle up for 25 x SSH, 15 x arm circles front, 15 x seal claps and 15 x arm circles rear, 20 x Imperial Walkers, 20 x slow squats IC, 20 x leg thrusts, 20 x slow merkins, 20 x leg thrusts, then put it all together for 20 x burpees OYO.
The Thang: Mosey to front of school for a B.O.M.B.S routine: Partner up. Pax 1 does exercise while Pax 2 runs a lap around the parking lot. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete. 50- Burpees / 100- Overhead Presses with cinder blocks / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats.
