With Tater Tot and Cherie Berry out of town and the rest of the pax too intimidated to show YHC and 2 others basked in the beautiful fall crispness to encourage each other to stretch and grow.  Showing up in an empty parking lot at Hillandale Elementary YHC was ready to throw the towel and head to the casa for a doze but Crockett and Scrooge McDuck encouraged YHC to punish them in the absence of others.  Who am I to deny that?

Warm up: Slow jog

The Thang: Merkins interspersed with a variety of pull ups and inverted rows, jog to parking lot to do Merkin ladder on the lines with walking lunges in between.  Following was a few sprints and some bunny hops followed by bear crawl the length of the parking lot.

Mary: Sally up, hitting the entire core.

Given a near-merlot spillage by Scrooge McDuck and a scatelogical emergency by YHC, we hastened the COT and ball o’ man.
