Main Event: 18 Rounds of 2 minutes of exercise and 1 minute of active recovery. The eighteen exercises were: Burpees, Bonnie Blair’s, Flutter Kicks, Merkins, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Superman, Plank, Monkey Humpers, Heels to Heaven, Groiners, Plank Jacks, Crab Jacks, Freddie Mercury, Alternating Shoulder Taps, American Hammer, Crunchy Frogs & Dry Docks.
Each 2 minute exercise Interval was immediately followed by 1 minute of active recovery. Pax choose from Jump rope, SSH, Run in place.
