- 10 merkins
- 15 weighted squats
- 20 plank jacks

- 10 curl and press each arm
- 15 lunges each leg
- 20 shoulder taps
Set 3
- 10 burpees
- 15 weighted RDL each leg
- 20 bridges
Set 4
- 10 shoulder raise thing aka front raise.
- 15 reverse lunge
- 20 mountain climbers
