PAX 1: People’s chair / PAX 2: 5 Pull ups, PAX 1: BTTW / PAX 2: 5 pull ups, PAX 1: Air Squats / PAX 2: 5 pull ups, PAX 1: Al Gore / PAX 2: 5 pull ups – Repeat (in case you were counting this is 8 reps of 5 pull ups).

Corner 2: 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins
Bear Crawl to Corner 3

Thank you men for allowing me to lead and being led. Sometimes we need to be leaders and sometimes followers. It’s good to know how to do both. I failed to ask everybody to be thinking about Harbaugh and the two veterans he’s taking to Normandy. That’s awesome work.
