It’s hard to believe we started this AO 4 years ago. Lots of men have come and gone and some are still with us. We have had a lot of great memories and great workouts over those years. We’ve had great leadership and the future looks so bright for this AO we might have to wear shades! Here we go.
One of my mentors in F3 has been DOI and I have a learned a lot from him and how to do F3 which I feel is the right way. Make a challenging but fun workout. Have lots of sweat and camaraderie along the way and in turn you will build bonds with the other PAX members. YHC has honed his craft over the years but it really comes back to those 2 main themes. So what better way to honor DOI than to steal his ideas. DOI was famous for his 12 days of Xmas workout, so being the first day of December YHC figured might as well bring this goodie out.
They say you only hurt the ones you love, so that’s why I took time out of my busy morning to make you jackasses suffer.

The thing I love most about F3 is the group of men that post and the fun we have out there in the gloom. The 2nF and 3rdF makes F3 better than any other workout you could go to. I deeply appreciate the time we spend on and off the field and the good friends I have made over the years through this group. As current men of F3 it is our duty to pass on the way we do F3 to the new guys that come out. This is a place for everyone. A place to spend 45 minutes acting like a jackass before the world needs us. Go out and be a better man than you were yesterday.
