A great morning for burpees

The warm up: SSH, Hillbilly, arm circles, willie mays haze, grass grabbers
The pull-up: PAX rotates one at a time doing 5 pull ups while the others do squats, then step lunges, then WWII
The bupee: A simple jacob’s ladder on the football field but with burpees on both sides! 9+1, 8+2… (100 total)
The escalator: To the Arena for a quick escalator of 10 merkins, adding 10 jump squats, dry docks and finally wide grip merkins
The dip: To the benches for 20 slow deep dips, followed by 10 box jumps and 15 more dips
Mary: 40 flutters, then dealer choice of various core exercises.
