Mosey over to the “arena” to start the warm-up (really wanted to avoid the Wednesday morning dump truck and the wonderful smell that dissipates when emptying the dumpsters). I think it is safe to assume that the rest of the PAX appreciated this move. If nothing else, we got our heart rate up very quickly.

Mosey over to the field over and grab some wall.

Lap around the field and repeat above
Mosey over to the back parking lot (mid-way there stopped for 5 burpees OYO)
- Bear crawl to 2nd light post and run back (one PAX questioned whether YHC really meant the 2nd lamp post since it was a bit far. YHC confirmed that it was correct.)
- Backwards lunge + bunny hop to 1st lamp post
- Traveling merkins to 1st lamp post. Good show of 2ndF here coming back to encourage the tail end of the group.
After finishing 1-3 above run back to start, plank it out, and regroup.
