The Thang
Bear Crawl, Squat, Lunge Walk, Merkin.
Mosey to the bottom of the parking lot. BC to the top of the parking lot and perform 25 squats SC. Lunge back to the bottom of the parking and perform 25 merkins SC. Run around the block, giving it OYG when reaching the steepest hill on Great Ridge Parkway.
Rinse and repeat two more times.

Things have been quite hectic around Casa Nescafé recently with work schedules and new school routines, so it’s been hard to find time to post.
