Labor Day special: remember the fallen.
Three workouts named after Tim “Brenton”, “Trevor” Anthony and “Bradley” Smith who were each killed in action. These workouts were the favorites of each man.
The Warmup:
SSH IC x 20
IW IC x 10
Arm Circles IC F&R x 10
Slow Squats x 10
Slow Merkins x 10
The Thang:
Part 1:
Hero workout: “Bradley”
10 rounds of:
– 100 meter sprint
– 10 pull-ups
– 100 meter sprint
– 10 dry-docks
With an aggressive plan of three hero workouts, we elected for a half-Bradley.
Part 2:
Hero workout: “Trevor”
Form teams of four, pax face each other in a circle. As a team complete:
– 100 burpees
– 200 merkins
– 300 jump squats
Part 3:
Hero workout: “Brenton”
5 rounds:
– bear crawl 100 yards
– triple jump burpees back 100 yards
