- Balls to the wall walk two on each side, when off the wall LBCs when finished with the wall hold plank

- Mosey to long bench (crab walk style)

- 20 dips then 20 derkins
- Regular mosey over to tennis courts
- Suicides 5,10,15 burpees at each end court line
- Hickory’s “victory lap” around the whole sportsplex area

I wanted to Q today to become the youngest Q in history which was really cool for Briar Chapel F3, I also wanted to see how much I could make my dad sweat because when he is sweaty from the normal workouts the car is not a nice smelling place :). I had fun and I want to Q again.
