THE THANG:
Mosey to the parking deck for an inverted pyramid, doing a circuit of the following exercises at the top of each ramp:
Burpee, Mountain Climbers (IC), In & Out Squat (IC), Carolina Dry Dock, Jump Lunge, LBC w/Clap.
Reps per round were 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ending at the lower roof level. Modes of travel were bernie sanders going away from Cat's Cradle/Fleet Feet, mosey going towards Cat's Cradle/Fleet Feet.
At the top we admired the camp fire behind Cat's Cradle.
Mosey back down the deck, stopping for 10 inch worm/walk out merkins and 10 jump squats at the bottom of each ramp. Only made it down 8 levels before running out of time, grabbing Puddles, and heading back to start.
MARY:
A failed attempt at Bear Crawl Hold Walkouts. Moved on to 20 flutters (IC), 20 heels to heaven (IC), and a 2 merkin ring of fire.
