THE THANG:
Mosey to the field for a 60 round, 600 rep workout.
Each round was 10 total reps, broken out as follows:
Burpee x 1, Squat x 2, Merkin x 3, Lunges x 4 (total, 2 each leg).
At one point, around 15 rounds in maybe, Cosmo informed the crew that he was doing Chuck Norris Merkins out of respect for the recent passing of this legend. This ultimately led to a steady stream of various Chuck Norris facts (not jokes!), one of which is too spicy for YHC to reiterate here, but it led to conversation that we need to update the exicon/vexicon with a new exercise. Mumblechatter picked up significantly through the end, which finished up perfectly ahead of mary.
