ME: Grab a rock and rifle carry to elementary school parking lot. Pax split into 2 groups. Course mapped out on parking lot with 6 exercise stations + means of transportation:
1) 20 curls, then lunge walk
2) 20 BB situps, then crab walk
3) 15 tricep curls, then backward run
4) 15 Freddie Mercury CC, then high knees
5) 15 merkins, then tapioca
6) 20 jump squats, then bear crawl back to #1
Continue the above loop while enjoying a 90s playlist. Pax within each group take turns running a full lap throughout the work out. The soundtrack was intermittently interrupted by a chorus of Chumbawumba's "I get knocked down, I get up again, you ain't every gonna keep me down". All pax immediately stopped and did burpees at that time.
Shared a photo op at the newly installed, incredibly large chairs in the school parking lot.
