Much as Paratroopers go up into the sky and fall gracefully back to earth with a highly dynamic P.L.F., the PAX went up and down a pyramid resulting in 82 reps of 5 exercises. Using the coupon, perform Merkins, Bent-over-rows, Squats, Flutter Kicks (in Cadence), & Mt. Climbers (In Cadence) as a group, then make one lap around the lot to begin the next round. rep counts for each round as follows: 5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2
we alternated the Merkins from standard to incline to decline from set to set.
Return coupons to the pile and Mosey back to StartEx for a Ring of Fire consisting of 5 more proper form Merkins each
Cool down Mary with 82 single count LBC's, and some light Yoga stretching
