Back in the gloom after many weeks absent, it was the perfect weather to get us going. if you’re like me, your hamstrings are tight and when I look around at the PAX stretching, I can see that this is the case for a lot of us. I thought I would bring some hamstring work in. We began with some Finkel swings and extended hamstring warm-ups, worked for 35 or so, and then returned to hamstrings for a post workout stretch. Great to be back with the NP crew!!!

The Thang

Moseyed around parking lot, before stopping in front of school for 30 yard sprints. Each PAX counted himself down and went individually. Before each sprint, all PAX performed 10 merkins. This number came down, first to 9, then 8, then 6, and stayed at 5.

Mosey around parking lot, before Jacob’s Ladder adding up to 6. Exercises were Navy Seal Burpee and a combo of squat, lunge, lunge, tuck jump.
