On my return from a week of sickness, I had planned an incredibly creative team Murph workout only to discover that ShakeIT had done similar Q only the week before. Some quick modifications to the workout to keep things interesting landed us with the following:
Solid Warmup featuring the greatest warm up exercise: The Windmill.
The Workout:
Teams of 3 completed 6 rounds of: 10 pullups, 20 merkins, 30 air squats and one parking lot lap.
Each PAX completed three sets of dips, jump squats and high plank hold
Each PAX completed three sets of Homer to marge, superman with a pulse, merkins
