Line up on the side for Bears in a box with kick thrus. To make it interesting, first man in line counted 5 bear crawl forward. The next counted 5 kick thrus. The next counted 5 side crawls. You get the idea. Kept the same procedure switching to crab walk and crab cakes. Repeat 2x.
Bataan Death Crawl with 5 squats each. Repeat 2x.
We did some stretching that I don't know that names of. Y'all know you can call stretching during a beatdown, right? I've been trying it lately and it has been well received if the moaning and groaning as any indication.

Slayer rolled up from Charleston. He shared that his father passed and he was in town for the celebration of life his father wanted. Dude wanted a party instead of a sorrowful funeral. That's my kinda guy! I'll paraphrase his words as to say life is short– don't let today go to waste. How great is it that Slayer could come out this morning during a time of loss, meet up with complete strangers, and be welcomed as a brother? How great is it that Slayer can meet up with complete strangers during his time of loss and offer US words of encouragement? I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying end to a birthday week of Qs. Now I'm going to sleep until Monday.
