Having the PAX travel to Chubbs Hill on a day when we had a hobbled Blanch with us was perhaps not the wisest choice. But he toughed it out and we made it work.

Mosey to Chubbs Hill with some backwards run and lunge walk added to help pick up the Six
The PAX took turns running to the designated light post and back. While one PAX ran the others rotated thru a series of exercises-
1st round: 10 merkins & 20 squats; runner to 2nd light
2nd round: 10cc climbers/15cc flutters/20 single LBCs; runner to 2nd light
3rd round: rotate thru all 5 of the previous exercises; runners went 2 at a time to the 3rd light; PAX did 5 burpees each time a pair of runners returned
We made our way back to the top of the hill in a combination of lunge walk, backwards run, and sprint.
