The weather was looking dicey this morning so YHC planned a Q with my 2.0 last night that would keep us under the pavilion. We could not come up with a question of the day like a normal Zook Q so instead we decided to add a skills challenge to the festivities. Read below for the details.
Also with it being the Friday before the UGA/FL football game, normally I’d talk a lot of junk. However, this year its just going to be an honor to be on the same field as that mighty UGA team. What a privilege it will be.

BoM:
So these past couple of weeks on my sons baseball team we have really been reiterating the need for kids to be positive with their teammates. We have a few positive kids, a few really negative kids and then the rest of the kids seem to be just lukewarm. The negative kids obviously have a detrimental impact on the team but what we have been trying to tell the kids also is that if you are just lukewarm, you aren’t helping to really fix the problem. For YHC I tend to be very positive when I coach these kids but I also have problems with being negative on myself, and very easily can get lukewarm with my wife by not giving her as much praise as she deserves. I think this lukewarm feelings is something the devil really uses to get us to a spot in which we really think we aren’t doing bad things, but aren’t necessarily doing as good as we could. Similar to what my sons baseball team is doing as teammates. I just encourage you guys to do some reflecting and see where you might be “luekwarm” and see if you have an opportunity to turn that to being more positive. Until next time in the gloom. Aye!
