Bellhop/Scapula Co-Q
2/25/2021 Warning!! We did NOT officially honor the 38 AOs or the 1084 PAX of CHURHAM today. Instead we focused on the outgoing Tobacco Road Site Qs, Cardiac and Floyd.
It’s not quite time for Jim Nance and “One Shining Moment”, but that song was in my mind as we were putting this workout together. If you close your eyes, please try to picture, in slow motion, Cardiac doing some high knees and butt kickers, followed by a flurry of Burpees.
Imagine Floyd, after completing a complex escalator, engaging all in mumble chatter, rolling over, spent, in a perfectly executed Floyd plank.THIS IS TOBACCO ROAD
As an homage to this site and the site Qs that Bellhop and I are replacing, we have curated portions of this workout from the F3 archives that highlight these two great men and this great site.

I’m sure I also speak for Bellhop, but having the opportunity to serve as a Site Q is quite humbling. Especially when as recently as last week I botched my name/age in a COT.
We are replacing two incredible men who have done more than grow this site. They have reached so many of us personally, too.–Cardiac has squeezed more burpees out of most of us than likely deemed safe by any medical professional
-Everybody has benefited from Floyd’s speakeasy-worthy mumble chatter to take their mind off the misery of a workout and enjoy his lore from the days of old.
We will lean on your wisdom and guidance as we hope to continue the success of Tobacco Road that you two have been a big part of.
Old site Qs don’t fade away, they just pick up the six.
