Mosey to the back of the school.
The format of the workout was 4 rounds of EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute). Each round consisted of two exercises. The first exercise had a specified number of reps and then the 2nd exercise was performed for the rest of the minute. Lather, rinse, repeat. Each round was 8 minutes
Round 1: 5 burpees + lunge walk
Round 2: 10 dips + step ups
Round 3: 5 merkins + SSH
Round 4: 10 squats + plank hold
