Jack Webb Pyramid
For the first evolution of the workout, we did a Jack Webb pyramid. A Jack Webb is a merkin followed by two air presses. We did the pyramid up to 10 merkins-20 air presses, and then back down. Surprisingly, the air presses were much more difficult than anticipated.
Mosey over to the bus parking lot.

Corner 4: 10 burpees, 20 jump squats, 30 flutter kicks (cc), 40 side shuffle shops (cc)
We then jogged a lap around the school. YHC had us take a short pit stop near the soccer practice field and lunge walk from speed bump to speed bump.
