With the 9/11 Stair Climb at Kenan Stadium not feasible this year, 14 PAX instead convened at The Wall to honor the 412 first responders that sacrificed their lives helping others, and the 110 flights of stairs they climbed inside the World Trade Center. Bright Idea opened the morning by reminding us of the timeline of events 19 years ago.

Run down to the old Mustang AO led by the flags. Line up along the hill and stairs. Everyone run up and back down, then move down the line and do it again.

Circle up for 30 in cadence burpees.

Run back up to The Wall.

The 412 first responders on 9/11 didn’t hesitate to climb those 110 flights of stairs and help others, regardless of the daunting stairwell and the immense risk. The least we can do is remember them and never hesitate to help others and do the right thing.
