I am writing this two days after the workout, and it seems the world has changed. On Wednesday morning at Rameses, we were still fist-bumping and getting up close and personal. It’s funny the things you remember and the things you don’t, and I think I’ll remember this Q as my last one prior to when our society collectively recognized the threat severity of Covid-19.
I don’t have anything profound to say about it, but since I have the mic I’ll say this: I wouldn’t want to go through a crisis with anyone else as my neighbor. With the world devolving into hysteria, panic, lies and cowardly actions based on half-truths, I trust my F3 brothers to serve as beacons of truth, equanimity, and courage. We will get through this.
