YHC has trouble keeping count. I’ve begun to question myself that if I loose count so frequently in the single digits, am I counting at all? This morning I used an interval timer for our 10 rounds of burpees. Turns out the dam thing counts a high and low internal rounds as one, so we would have done 200 burpees in 20 minutes if not for the pax present who can count. Hmmm, I should write that down for a future Q. My point is there are no leaders unless there’s a willingness to follow. When I’m Q, there will be clarifications of directions, counting of reps/rounds, and watching of the clock required by those present for it all to work out. Mosey’d down the hill and partnered up. Heartbreaker 1, 2, 3. 100 dry docks, 200 monkey humpers, 300 plank jacks.
Bear crawled to top of the hill. 20 Inverted rows on the bars, hold til all in.
