As we’re a stone’s throw from Cameron Indoor, and college hoops season is almost upon us, decided to pay tribute to Coach K. Yes, YHC is a die-hard Carolina fan, but credit where it’s due. -100 squats SC, 100 overhead claps SC, 50 LBCs SC, then 50 squats, 50 OH claps, 25 LBCs SC and repeat = 500 reps
Somewhere in here threw in 5 penalty burpees for Driftwood questioning whether YHC knew that K has more wins than just his Duke win total. No, YHC didn’t count the Army wins, mostly for time purposes. Also:

-Dry Dock X 25 and Flutter Kick X 25IC – Repeat X 3 = 150 reps
Mosey back to start – Already had plenty of Mary as we went along, so…
-10 burpees oyo, 5 burpees oyo, 5 burpees oyo = 20 reps
-Closed out, fittingly, with 29 Bobby Hurleys
Voila, 1,059 total reps, completed at 6:15:18 by YHC’s watch.
