The Thang
YHC announced this was Day 1 of training for a GoRuck Tough event less than 4 weeks away. The following workout was taken from a 6-week training program…close enough!
10 rounds of the following activities, with the bonus activity of swinging on your stomach after each round (in honor of my daughter who did this the night before over and over again:)
Once the Pax finished their 10 rounds they hit the wall for some people’s chair and balls to the wall rotation until we were down to the six. Then the Pax joined the six for the final round all together.
After dominating the 10 rounds of a 6-week GoRuck training program it was time to go bear hunting.
Bear Hunting
Buddy Workout – “The Bear Hunt” P1 does Bear Crawl for 50m. P2 sprints 40m in opposite direction and sprints back to try to catch the Bear. P2 will then buddy carry P1 back to the start line. P1 and P2 switch roles.
Ricky Bobby from the playground to the flag up the hill, pass the mailboxes, across the street.
