YHC was up way too late at Game 3 of the Hurricanes/Bruins series. Competitive game to the very end but the Canes couldn’t pull it out. I didn’t get home until 11:30 but I knew the PAX would be waiting and they cannot be disappointed. Add a nasty head cold to the equation and I really wanted to fartsack today but my F3 brothers are motivation to suck it up and get the job done. A fantastic morning to get stronger:
Warmup: SSH, Squats, Arm Circles, Mtn Climbers, Slow Merkins
Mosey to railing halfway to tennis courts for 15 x dips, 10 x derkins and 10 x under bar pull-ups. Repeat the sequence.
Head to the tennis courts. YHC would call out a method for movement and the PAX would do it across the first court, jog the second, do it across the 3rd court, jog the 4th court, do it across the 5th court, jog the 6th court and run back all 6 courts to the start. The movements were bear crawl, traveling burpees, Lt. Dan’s, Sprint, Spiderman crawl, gorilla hops and crawl bear.
Triple Crown – teams of 3. First PAX does People’s chair, 2nd planks and the 3rd runs all 6 courts and back. Rotate positions. We cycled through until everyone had run the courts 3 times each.
