The Thang

Fellowship jog, one lap around

40s – merkins and jump squats.

I will sing while doing merkins

40s are a high-rep version of 11s. Start at 30 merkins, then run to the traffic circle and 10 jump squats.  Then back down for 25 merkins.  Decrease the merkins by 5 each time until you get to 10.  Jump squats increase by 5 until you get to 30.  The total reps of each trip will be 40 (30 Merkins 10 jump squats,
25 Merkins, 15 jump squats and so on).
Pick up the six

Rinse and Repeat

Mosey to the bottom of the hill for some B.L.I.M.Ps
B.L.I.M.P = burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins, plan jacks
Run up the hill, stop at each stop light for the following:
5x burpees at first light
10x lunge walks at second light
15x imperial walkers at third light
20x merkins at fourth light
25x plan jacks at fifth light

Backwards run down the hill and repeat the exercises
