Today was the 4 year anniversary of the launch of the Battering Ram. YHC was blessed enough to attend the maiden workout back in 2017. In fact, Bump Draft did a lot of work behind the scenes to organize the Q’s for EC and the ME.
Night Shift led a group of 9 through EC. YHC caught the tail end of it and it looked brutal as they were doing some burpees with bricks. YHC was supposed to split the ME with Buffay, but he was unable to make it, so the PAX of TBR had to deal with 60 minutes of Shake It.

YHC dusted off a classic from some of his past Q’s. PAX partnered up to complete a Murph. Partners would complete the runs together and share the reps with only one partner performing reps at a time.
50 burpees, 100 merkins, 150 squats (broken into sets of 5, 10, 15)
30 burpees, 60 merkins, 90 squats
20 burpees, 40 merkins, 60 squats
Pillar to Pillar
YHC led the group to the bottom of the parking deck. We staggered ourselves in several lines to space ourselves out. PAX would do a movement from one pillar to another, and complete an exercise at each pillar. Each time traveling a distance of four pillars, and therefore doing four sets of the exercise.

YHC completely forgot that Red October was slated to lead us in Mary. YHC was in the zone
