4 Corners with Elevation

EC:

7 PAX showed up at 5:00 to get their Murph on. It is 1 mile over to the Outdoor Education Center and then we rotate through rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins and 15 squats. Get as many rounds in as you can and then run the mile back.  This is a hell of a way to start the week as you work the full body before rolling into the main event. The Falcon lays claim to the Manmaker EC on Fridays but I can promise you if you start your week with a Murph before the main event, you will be more of a man than when you began.

Main Event:

15 Pax circled up in the same humidity that has now been around since the dawn of time. Seems like fall might be here by now but it is not so we all sweat like it is August in Mississippi.

Warmup: SSH, Good Mornings, Squats, Mtn Climbers, Merkins, 5 burpees

The Thang:

Mosey to the Football Center entrance to Kenan. 12 x dips, 10 x merkins, 12 x box jumps. Repeat all 3

Mosey to the parking deck for 4 corners:

Run to the top – 12 burpees. Run across and do 12 WWII’s.  Run down to the bottom for 12 merkins and then run across for 12 cadence count squats.

Repeat but with 10 reps.  Repeat but with 8 reps. Repeat but with 6 reps.

Return to Football Center entrance for repeato of dips, derkins and box jumps.

Return to starting point for Mary: Peter Parker x 10, Parker Peter x 10, Peter Parker Peter x 10
