4 PAX met in the early gloom for some Aquamanmaker EC action and 10 PAX were all-in for the ME. YHC wanted to push it a little bit harder today in anticipation of a couple weeks full of Holiday festivities and Christmas cookies. So that’s just what we did…
Warmup:

- Stage 1 – Basketball court

- 4 corners – travel to corner 1, exercise, corner 2, exercise, etc…
- Round 1 – bear crawl, 10x merkins OYO all corners
- Round 2 – bunny hop, 10x jump squats OYO all corners
- Round 3 – burpee travel, 10x WWIIs OYO all corners
- For the sake of social distancing – everyone split up so even numbers on each corner
- With the PAX good and warm, we headed to the Picnic tables for more
- Stage 2 – Picnic tables

- Stage 3 – Parking lot escalator
- Mosey to parking lot and pick up a cinder block
- PAX line up at baseline – Thruster escalator at each light post
- 5x Thrusters at light post #1, sprint back to start
- 5x Thrusters at light post # 1, 10x Thrusters at light post #2, sprint back to start
- 5x Thrusters at light post # 1, 10x Thrusters at light post #2, 15x Thrusters at end, sprint back to start
- Same iteration as above, this time with front raises escalator 5x, 10x, 15x, back to start and drop off blocks on the pile
