We’re supper happy when our 2.0s come out. Today we had 3 including one FNG, but we’ve had 5+ in the past. We don’t modify from a plan to accommodate a 2.0, as this BB attests. In fact, Tri-Curious kids kept a couple step ahead of him for much the the beat down!

We had 4 for EC styled like TABATA. We all lifted something heavy, moved to the next coupon and lift some more. We also had a pax drop out early on from a hamstring cramp. While cramps cannot be eliminated, they can be mitigated. First, drink some water already! If you’re not drinking through out the night or pounding some H2O upon walking your much more likely to get cramps. Second, stretch already! Best time to stretch is before and after a workout, as well as through out the rest of the day. I didn’t personally stretch until I got Plantar Fasciitis in my late 30s–better late than never.

Warm up

Ran a lap forward, karaoke the turn, backward and karaoke the other turn.  50 SSH, 10 Michael Phelps, 10 pulse squats, and 10 pulse merkins.

Mosey’d back to Hooker Field to Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear the length of the field with a modified Paula Abdul that entailed switch from forward to backward travel at the Q’s call.
