The post-rain fog was still clinging to the trees as the PAX gathered around parking spot F3 for YHC's belated birthday Q. The scene was made all the more majestic by a brand new Conjunction Junction shovel-flag, courtesy of Nightshift.

The Thang:
Started with a Ricky Bobby to put some distance between the PAX and startex, with the added element that after every full rotation (when original lead PAX returns to the front), the group stops for 10 merkins, 10 jump squats, and 10 shoulder presses.

We then worked our way back with 3 rounds of Catch Me If You Can.
Round 1: 10 dry docks + 10 jump lunges while partner bear crawls
Round 2: 10 inch worms; partner lunge walks
Round 3: 5 burpees + 10 side-step squats; partner crab walks

PAX then lined up on their 6s along the edge of the roundabout lot for AMRAP LBCs while 1 PAX at a time runs a lap until all have run. Repeat replacing LBCs with shoulder taps. The steam rising from the effort of the PAX was perhaps as majestic as those hazy trees.

Back to parking spot F3 for sea turtles, supermen (supermans?), flutter kicks, box cutters, American hammers, WW2s, and maybe some others I forgot.
