I made an announcement prior to my Q comparing myself to Thor’s hammer. To stick with the theme, we ran the loop stopping periodically to do an exercise. We repeated that exercise(s) and added another until we finished back at the startX. One PAX count the same exercise at each stop, so we never lost momentum due to a winded Q's count. When all exercises were completed, the first letter of each spelled hammer. Yes, I did just subscribe to Disney+.

Prayers requests for family who have come home from hospice at 96yrs old. Her family is coming is to say their goodbyes. Another PAX's has family who's cancer has returned. Another PAX was in town because his father was having a significant surgery. Time of suffering and grieving will come; how great is it that we don't have to go through them alone! We have one another and the Holy Spirit.

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Romans 5:3-5
