3 PAX met for Murph training on the playground and there was definetly some rucking PT going on on Pollards field. YHC was very happy to back at the Thicket; its been too long. Over 40 type injuries and M traveling has prevented the glory so I was fired up and so was the PAX (I think).
Theme was 100 and the workout was very simple.
100 SSH in cadence
100 yard dash with 20 squats. repeat 4 more times
100 IC bear crawls with breaks at 20 to do 20 WW2’s in the mud
100 ladder merkins
100 burpees
