Panic filled the air as poltergeists precluded escape. Courts piled with cadavers and thrilling trails of terror was what pax experienced when they posted at Spooky’s Paradise.

Part A: As Many Slashes As Possible

Mosey to the top of the of the lot. Two rounds of Australian Push-ups, Dips, Dead Bodies to the Wall, and Side-to-Side Slashes (hammers). Split into 4 groups and rotate through the experiences. Goal is to achieve as many slashes as possible.

Part B: Cadaver Courts

Mosey to front of tennis courts. Travel down the “tunnel” of flickering lights. Bear crawl and perform two merkins at each light. Split into two teams. Team one goes on the court. Team two continues down the tunnel of lights with monster walk and two lunges.

While on the courts, perform four corners (running to each flickering light), perform 10 squats. Run around the entire courts two times then low squat hold until everyone is down.

Team 1 and Team 2 switch and run through movements.

Mosey to small tennis court hill, AMRAP of bear crawl up and crawl bear down.

Part C: Bone Yard Competition

Mosey back to AO at the school.

Split into two teams. Retrieve body parts and bones from the far side of the field. Body parts are worth 2 points but require 5 burpees before grabbing one. Bones are worth one point and require 5 merkins before grabbing one. After returning a bone or body part to the team bucket, then perform 5 dead get-ups.

Finish with Bloody Mary: Boat-Canoe, Horrifying Jump Squats, Dying Cockroaches.
