Run to the roof of the Weaver Street Parking Deck

MAIN EVENT
On the roof YHC broke out the official F3 deck of cards and explained the rules of F3 War:
– The Pax were split into two teams
– One Pax from each team drew a card then led his team through the reps and exercise of the card
– If both Pax drew the same card then war ensued, meaning that all the Pax would complete the number of burpees corresponding to the cards which sparked the war (fortunately this only happened with 3's and 4's not with aces and kings)

During the month of October, we are partnering with F3 Suncoast (Sarasota) and F3 Island Coast (Fort Myers) to raise funds for two food banks which are feeding and supporting Hurricane Ian victims:
