YHC signed up months ago to Q #theeagle in anticipation of kicking off his birthday week. Unfortunately, the next he thought about it was Sunday afternoon, when the Pre-Blast went up on Slack. So… no tidy 41 theme to celebrate another year around the sun. YHC went to the well, and pulled out some old familiars, for what hopefully was a classic, old-school beatdown. 8 PAX gathered in the rainy gloom to get it started.

PAX started off with a warm-up Mosey to the front of the school. They all grabbed some wall and did the following exercises:
- Dips x 20 IC
- Tuck Jumps x 21
- Derkins x 20 SC
- Tuck Jumps x 21
- Urkins x 20 SC
- Tuck Jumps x 21
- Dips x 20 IC
Mosey around the back of the school, and under the covered walkway/ramp. YHC explained the Jacob’s Ladder under the cover, keeping our delicate bodies dry
- 1 Merkin at the base/Run to top
- 10 Bobby Hurleys/Jog back down
- 9 Merkins/2 Bobby Hurleys
- etc.
Rain had let up at this point, so we moseyed back around to the front of the school, by the pull-up bars. The next set was inspired by the #Botched1000 Burpee challenge, currently ongoing at #the_falcon!
