Spooky Q before Halloween meant flickering candles, creepy music, corpses.

The Thang:
Split into two teams. One team is the “fox” running for its life, the second team is the Hellhounds attempting to catch the Fox.

Team 1 picks up the five corpses and starts running. Every 100m, they will place down a few flickering candles, perform 10 air squats, and then start running again.

Team 2 performs 10 burpees and then starts chasing Team 1 (fox). Whenever they encounter flicking candles (dropped by team 2), then ten merkins

Repeat-o to allow both teams two chances to be Fox and Hounds.

Next, mosey to baseball diamond. Split into groups of three. Setup across the field (aka boneyard) from your partners. Run across the field to retrieve a bone. If the timer goes off then 2 burpees. Switch with partner and then run across to other partner.
