Main Event
I pre-blasted that today's workout is a tough one. Tough enough that I doubted I could it alone. But with the power of our shields lock, we can do dang near anything.

I have truly been struggling the last several weeks & months. I had a good job, had the title, had the income. But I was (am) truly miserable. At first I thought it was the job. But after a lot of reflection, to include re-reading the Q Source, I finally came to the conclusion that while the job is certainly a big variable, it's not the cause. Rather, I have become misaligned. Misaligned goals, misaligned definitions of success, with misaligned action equates to shitty results. Put another way, I not only lost that inner spark that drives us but I also lost my rudder. Rather than steering towards purposeful action I was just letting the current take me wherever while I tried to keep my boat from capsizing.

So, I'm making the commitment to realign. I've turned in my notice and am embarking on a plan to reboot, reprogram, and realign. And I certainly need everyone's help to get back on a purposeful track. And that is what makes F3 so damn awesome. It's not just a damn workout group. It's something where we as men can find, and offer, support, strength, guidance. Thank you so much, men.
