Bronze Squirrel has been great to work with. He's an advocate for Saturday workouts, and if you're a Saturday regular at TBL, RR, and or TBR, then you know what I mean. The Saturday PAX is a group within the group. Banana and I started the morning at TBR for an hour-long EC and then joined the warm-up at TBR ME, and then made our way to TBL. The proceedings are as follows.
Warm-up: ran a couple of laps around the field and then headed to the grass field.
100 squats, run a lap;
80 WWII’s, bernie a lap
60 hand-release merkins, ran a lap
ME:
800 run
50 single-count bonnie blairs;
50 WWII’s
10 burpees with hand-release merkin
800
40 bb's
40 WWII
10 burpees
800
30 bb's
30 WWII’s
10 burpees
Back to AO for partner exercises
Partner wheel barrow across field; forward, then back
Partner 10 merkins with feet propped up on partner; do this four times equaling 40 merkins
Partner get-up where one goes down, holding the others hand; do this until each PAX has 40 get ups
Finished with plank ring of fire;
Notes: someone said that the workout should be called "50 Shades of the Bloom" because of the partner merkins. We discussed the shootings in Raleigh and talked about men and mental health needs. If Churham went away tomorrow, would someone notice? This point was brought up by the recently deceased naantan of F3 Jacksonville, Florida. We need each other.
Here comes The Bull! Sign up to participate.
