A slight blip had our parking lot closed, but we quickly learned our PAX are able to adapt to challenges and found parking and still made it on time.

My goal of the workout was to keep us moving, but avoid a lot of running, so naturally we started out with a Moesy to Stage 1 of the workout

Stage 1
We used a new area of The Hooker Field (Surrounding areas) — there is a section just past the swimming pools where there are ramps, stairs and some flat paver areas.
Started at the bottom with a bear crawl up the ramp to the first set up stairs. Climbed the 10ish stairs. Bear Crawled to second set of stairs. Climbed the Stairs. Bear Crawled to the third set of stairs. Climbed the Stairs. Bear Crawled to the Yellow Poles just before the parking lot for Kenan.
Each PAX did 5 Burpees OYO
Run back to the bottom

Did two more rounds with Lunge Walk and Crab Walk as modes of travel
Pax did SSH while waiting for the six

Stage 2
Moseyed to the Soccer Stadium for more stair work
Up and down the entire near side of stairs with YHC leading the way (until I tired and then MonteCristo took the lead)
At the top of each section — 5 Merkins and Broad Jump to the next section
PAX held plank at the end until all completed

Stage 3
Moseyed to the bottom of the Artificial Turf Hill
Did 2 in cadence flutter kicks at the bottom. Ran (or preferred mode of travel) to the top. 2 WWIIs. Back to the bottom.
Then 4 in cadence flutter kicks at the bottom. Ran to the top. 4 WWIIs. Back to the bottom
Continued to anywhere between 10 of each (Spam for example) or 14 of each (Cardiac).

Nightshift led LBCs waiting for the six to arrive

Headed back to the AO with a slight alternate route. Ran up and down the stadium (metal) stairs until completing all section.

Then back to the AO for Mary

Yurt brought up his brother in law (forgive me as I cannot remember is name) Mitchell (?) who recently suffered a heart attack, and as a result had to have stints put in. He is a health 45 year old man.
YHC noted that we all should enter our Ms or other reliable person in their slack bio should an emergency ever pop up

Focused on the tragedy in Raleigh where the lives of 5 people were taken by a 15 year old with a shotgun. We all need to be aware of our surroundings at all times. Be smart in what we do and how we do it. ANd look out for one another. Also, mental health is a real issue and should be taken seriously by all.
